Before serving a nice dinner, it is always recommended to serve a tangy appetizer that would open up the guest’s appetite. For those exact moments, the Italians invented a dish called Bagna Cauda. This is an easy to make dip made of chopped anchovies, garlic, butter and olive oil. When served, it is commonly used to dip into it bread, celery, red and yellow peppers and even cabage.
