An Amazing Prawn and Ham dish
The city off Malaga, apart from fine food and lovely sights, is the home of an aperitif, surprisingly enough- named Malaga. This is a sweet, fruity fortified red wine, usually served before lunch. Another fine aperitif is the Cherry, which can be used to lighten up dishes, and give them burned alcoholic aroma with sweet fragments of after taste. One dish in which it is demonstrated beautifully, is of prawns and mountain ham in cherry and mustered fish stock sauce.
