When Alain Passard was only 26, he was the youngest chef to win two Michelin stars. Four years later, he had opened the restaurant L’Arpège in Paris, which is to this day, known as one of the best restaurants in the world. Alain Passard had great influence on the world of cuisine, and many Chefs refer to him as a true artist. Beside his cooking occupations, he writes articles about food and teaches. In this video, we are meeting him at the kitchens of L’Arpège, as he is showing us how to make Parmesan and truffle fondant.
