Chocolate and Hazelnut Tart

The Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo is a luxurious 5 star hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. The beautiful Hotel, opened in 1863, features the cuisine of the Le Louie XV restaurant, which had entertained many world. The pastry chef of the respected restaurant is Olivier Berger, a Frenchman born in the Savoie region, next to the eastern borders of France. Today, the chef is presenting a delicious chocolate tart.
