Delicious Lemongrass Panna Cotta

Stuart Pate, the talented pastry chef of the Lanesborough Hotel in London, England, had chosen to devote is life to pastry when he was apprenticed. He had spent most of his career in London and Exeter, featuring some of the cities’ best hotels. His dessert of the day is driving its inspiration from the Italian cuisine, giving it his own interpretation- a delicious fruits and lemongrass Panna Cotta.
