El Bulli Style Coconut Foam

In a country filled with eccentric restaurants, El Bulli was one of the most strange, yet fascinating establishments. Some of the greatest chefs worked in this restaurant, such as Jean Louis Neichel, Jean-Paul Vinay and more. The restaurant’s most recognized chef is Ferran Adrià Acosta. In this restaurant there were no menus. The diners would arrive and experience a 20-course meal. Some of the courses are just a bite, some more, but all of them well-adjusted and chosen by the chef, as he is leading them through his vision.
