Explotion of Flavors

The highly reputed and well-known Leon de Lyon restaurant in Lyon, France, has been a family operation for years. Chef Jean-Paul Lacombe now runs this fine establishment, recognized as one of the city’s best restaurant. Lacombe represent a great deal of change in the spirit of the French culinary world, as he opened eight more bistros in addition to the fancy restaurant. In this video, he is presenting a dish of potatoes stuffed with pork foot, wild mushrooms, foie gras and truffles.
