French Toasts With Berries

Chef Jean-Louis Neichel was born in Strasbourg, Capital of the Alsace region in east of France. In 1972, he had moved to Spain, to work as the executive chef of El Bulli. Nine years later, he left the known establishment in order to open his own restaurant in Barcelona, winning two Michelin stars only a few years after opening. In this video, the French chef will show us how to upgrade the classic French toasts to a whole new level.
