Fried Pears Dumplings

Martin Reitberger is the head chef of the four star Hotel St. Peter, in Seefeld, western Austria. The former military man is considered the wonder boy of the Tyrol Cuisine, and no wonder, in his young age he had managed to achieve some impressive resume. His dessert is quite a typical one for the local kitchen- fried pears dumplings with stewed berries.
