A Heavenly Start

At the time of taping, Heinz Hanner was the executive chef of the Kronprinz Mayerling, a pictorial resort in lower Austria. Heinz Hanner, who is considered a shooting star in the Austrian culinary world, started his career in a college for tourism. When he graduated, he basically taught himself how to cook.
