How to make Italian Fonduta

The Italian way of making a fondue is not quite similar to the Swiss one. The main difference is that the Italian way doesn’t use wine, but it does not stop there. In order to make a Fonduta, you will need to soak Fontina cheese in milk for half an hour, and while hitting it up, add eggs and stir it constantly, in order to get a nice thick texture. In order to give it the nice Italian touch, you can add the white gold- a white Truffle.
