Italian Experience

Restaurant Al Bersagliere in Goito, Italy, was originally opened in the mid-seventeenth century as an inn for travelers in the path between the Adriatic Sea and Milan. Today, the chef of this all-Italian traditional restaurant is Massimo Ferrari, fifth generation in a long line of chefs. In his appetizer, Ferrari demonstrate the usage of fine Italian products in the local kitchen, whilst absorbing outside influences to produce new experiences.
