Lamb Loin and Couscous

The Peacock Alley in Dublin is just one of the three restaurants owned by Chef Conrad Gallagher. The talented chef had worked in the Plaza Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria in New York and for the famed Alain Ducasse in Monte Carlo before returning to Ireland. Today, Chef Conrad Gallagher is making a roasted lamb loin on ratatouille and couscous.
