Mahi Mahi in Saffron

The Altwienerhof in Vienna is a family hotel and restaurant owned by Rudolf Kellner. The veteran chef and owner worked for many years in Paris, London, Sweden and Switzerland before returning home and taking over the family business. His entrée is a dish of Dorado fish, also known as the Hawaiian mahi mahi, cooked with fennel and saffron and served with turned potatoes.
