How to Make Spicy Bavarois

Mara Rocha Mello opened her Café Pâtisserie in Sao Paulo in 1998 after successful career in New York, mostly in the famous Le Cirque Brasserie. Although pastry is her real love and passion, she had got to the profession after completing her business degree. Today, she is teaching us how to make spicy Bavarois, consisting spice sponge cake, cinnamon tea, chocolate and spices.
