Pears In Saffron

Emmanuel Bassoleil is the Chef and owner of Roanne, a traditional restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He was born and raised in Dijon, where he learned the foundations of the French cuisine. However, Raonne doesn’t limit its boundaries to the classic French kitchen, as it is not uncommon to find Brazilian products in the restaurant’s menu.
