Presenting this recipe is Benoit Blin, the talented pastry chef of Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in London. The young chef had worked in several Parisian restaurants and spent three years at the kitchens of the Ritz hotel. His specialty is chocolate work, and chocolate work is indeed what he is going to teach us. Or to be exact- a chocolate mug made of chocolate.
