Perfet Strawberries Creme Brulee

Chef Frederic Poisson, the pastry chef of the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, France, has worked his entire career with pastry, and is known for his precise art in this field. Before working in Cannes, he had worked in a Nassau in the Bahamas and in Switzerland. He is considered one of the best ice carvers and his chocolate work has won him a great deal of recognition worldwide. In this video, he is teaching us how to make crème brulee with shortbread biscuit and strawberries.
