The Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland is where we meet the young and talented chef Neil McFadden. Before coming to the castle, McFadden had worked in hotels in Switzerland and Belgium, but it seems his Irish genes had drawn him back to the emerald isle. His first course is a delicious parcel of mushrooms and sage with duck liver.
