Red Mullet Fillet

Whoever happens to visit little town of Vonnas in the east planes of France, cannot ignore the big influence one family had on the city over the city. Everywhere you look, you can find monument and planks referring to the Blanc family. This goes as well for the city’s most famous culinary establishment- the George Blac restaurant, a three Michelin stars restaurant, where we meet the owner and chef for an entrée of Red Mullet fillet in olive oil and lemon sauce.
