Risotto with Salmon and Caviar

Philip Howard is the chef and co-owner of the popular Square restaurant in London. The two star Michelin operation was opened in 1991 and has been working successfully ever since. Howard discovered his love for cooking after graduating his micro-biology degree. After leaving the university, he travelled to Australia, where he first worked in professional kitchens. His appetizer of the day is risotto of fresh herbs and salmon with oyster and caviar.
