Scampi Ravioli in Chickpeas Sauce

Chef Michele Sorrentino started his training in a hotel school in Valencia. In 1993 he opened his Antica Trattoria Botteganova in Siena, Italy. His cooking features traditional Italian cuisine, based on fresh high quality products.
