Chef Massimo Barletti had always wanted to cook. The Italian chef, born in the Florence region, where he attended hotel school. He followed his utmost aspiration to cook, and is today the head chef of the Trebbiano restaurant in So Paulo, Brazil. His appetizer is a wonderful example of his ambitious and passionate cooking.
