The Taste of Home

Jorg Worther is the chef and owner of Schloss Prielau, a small hotel in the north of Lake Zeller in Austria. The homely institute offers its visitors, apart from the spectacular views of Zeller See, the culinary art of Worther, who was voted in 1990 as Austria’s Chef of the decade. His entrée, is rather a simple tasted one of stewed beef with mash potatoes and kohlrabi, a dish that will make everyone feel at home.
