The Making of Parmesan Cheese

The making of Parmesan Cheese is a long and delicate process. First, the manufactures are delivered with semi skimmed and full fat milk, which is poured to large containers where it is stirred and warmed for two hours. After that, the curds are separated and cooled, then soaked in brine for six weeks. After brining, the Parmesan cheese is stored for two years before it is sold to the consumers.
