Venison Medallions With Slip Noodles

The cuisine of Chef Christian Golles, from the pictorial oasis of Palais Schwarzenberg in Vienna, is by all means as authentic Austrian as it can get. In this video, the young chef is making a fine piece of saddle of venison with slip noodles and fruit compote. The slip noodles, are almost the same as the traditional Italian gnocchi, but as you could see, there is a small twist that makes the whole difference.
