Wrapping Scents and Flavors

Barbuni Sto Harti is a traditional Greek red mullet dish. in this simple dish, the fish absorbs the flavors of lemon, garlic and rosemary, and withholds them and their scents, until, when served to the table, the diners open the wrapping paper covering them, which spread the aroma of the fish and it’s spices, to fill their noses with delicious tastes.
