Zucchini and Seafood

Though it changed its face several times throughout the years, the restaurant La Terrasse has always kept the unique atmosphere built in the mid-1930th. The restaurant is located in the Hotel Juana in Juan-des-Pins, a popular holiday resort in the southeastern shores of France. The chef of the restaurant at the time of taping was Christian Morisset. He grew up In a small village in France and started his cooking career as an apprentice when he was only 14. When he was 22, he worked for another great chef – Roger Vergé, who inspired him dearly. His appetizer of the day is zucchini with seafood and tomato sauce.
